Jacob Bair is an attorney at the Tampa office of Business Law Group, P.A. where he represents Condominiums, Homeowners Associations, and Cooperatives throughout the state of Florida in collection litigation.
Originally from North Carolina, Mr. Bair has lived in central Florida since 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mr. Bair also studied Spanish at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he taught classes to incoming freshmen.
In 2007, Mr. Bair opted for a change from teaching and enrolled at the Stetson University College of Law from which he graduated in 2009 with a Juris Doctor. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009, to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2010, and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida in 2013.
In addition to representing clients in state court, Mr. Bair has extensive bankruptcy experience that he brings to bear to guide clients through the complex and nuanced situations unique to that area of law.
