Candice J. Gundel

Candice J. Gundel is an attorney at the Tampa office of Business Law Group, P.A. where she represents Condominiums, Homeowners Associations, and Cooperatives in all legal aspects of community management and living.  In addition to managing the firm’s state wide corporate governance division for community associations, Ms. Gundel personally handles collection litigation for associations in central Florida. 

Ms. Gundel has lived in central Florida since 1984 and continues to live, work, and play in the Tampa Bay area.  She graduated from the Criminal Justice Academy in 2002 and went on to receive her Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida in 2005 where she studied early American history.  In 2005, prior to entering law school, Ms. Gundel began investing and managing real estate in Central Florida, which she continues to enjoy to this day.  Ms. Gundel graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2009 with her Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2011.

Ms. Gundel has focused her career on representing Condominiums, Homeowners Associations, and Cooperatives since 2009.   In that time she has worked with over 1,000 communities throughout the State of Florida.  She enjoys the work so much she also serves as the President of the Board of Directors in her own community.
