Requesting an Estoppel

If you would like to order a payoff letter/detailed ledger for, we require the following:

 1. $400.00 fee*

2. The name of the Association

3. The complete unit number

By providing the requested information, you are confirming to us that you are authorized to receive the requested estoppel letter/detailed ledger. Upon receipt of the $400 estoppel pre-payment fee, your request will be processed and it typically takes ten (10) business days for Business Law Group, P.A. to complete a request. If you do not receive the requested estoppel within that time frame, please do not hesitate to send a follow-up email to our firm at to request the status of your estoppel letter.
